In an exciting turn of events, AMC Global Media's anime-centric streaming service, HIDIVE, has sealed a groundbreaking multi-year exclusive output deal with Japan's esteemed Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS). This agreement marks the largest content programming collaboration for HIDIVE to date. The deal's premiere title, "Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden," makes its highly anticipated debut during Anime NYC 2026 on August 21st before joining HIDIVE's Fall 2026 Simulcast Season lineup when it bows in Japan this October. Adapted from the light novel by Minamino Umikaze, illustrated by Katana Canata and Jishaku, "Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden" is a fantasy action series directed by Nakanishi Motoki with series composition by Ichikawa Gigaemon.
