The radiation burns have now extended to her neck skin, causing even the gentlest touch with medicated cream to elicit wincing pain from Jeana. Kara revealed that she has been able to manage Jeana's feeding tube, ensuring she doesn't lose any more weight and is maintaining a steady recovery. However, they are still searching for an effective nausea treatment to prevent painful vomiting. Kara expressed that she will be returning to her home in Florida soon, but her brother Colton has been taking care of their mother in Orange County. Her older brother Shane and his wife Francheska will be visiting this weekend to take over. Kara shared a heartwarming update about Jeana's progress in swallowing water again after a two-day struggle, a significant milestone in her recovery process. Despite the excruciating pain, Jeana, 70, refuses narcotics, making her journey all the more challenging.
