Exclusive: Lindsie Chrisley's Former Partner David Landsman Faces Assault, False Imprisonment Charges

In a shocking turn of events, the ex-boyfriend of reality TV star Lindsie Chrisley, David Landsman, has been indicted on multiple charges, including aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and battery. The Georgia authorities have brought these allegations against Landsman following an incident that occurred in Cherokee County on April 10th. According to court records exclusively obtained by Us, Landsman is accused of physically assaulting Chrisley, causing a head injury when he allegedly threw her to the ground. The documents also state that during the alleged incident, Landsman applied pressure to her throat and neck, and confined her unlawfully. Furthermore, the business development expert is charged with battery for intentionally causing substantial physical harm and visible body injuries by forcefully throwing and slamming Chrisley to the ground. Eleven individuals, including Chrisley, are listed as witnesses in the case. We have reached out to the Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney for comment. Landsman's attorney has stated that his client asserts innocence regarding any charges on the indictment. The attorney further added that while the grand jury process is one-sided and only presents evidence from the prosecution, they will enter a plea of not guilty. The attorney expressed confidence in resolving the case favorably for Landsman. Back in April, Us confirmed that Chrisley had filed a protective order against Landsman. According to court documents, the pair were in a relationship for about two years before the alleged incident on April 10th. Reports suggest that tensions rose during their dinner when Landsman saw a photo on Chrisley's phone that he assumed was of another man, leading to verbal aggression. However, after confirming that it was his own photo, Landsman reportedly apologized. Chrisley claimed that he remained somewhat on edge for the rest of the evening. After their dinner, Chrisley decided to step away from the relationship due to personal issues in Landsman's life. When she tried to leave his home, Landsman allegedly strangled her multiple times. In a bizarre twist, Landsman himself called the police to report an incident against Chrisley, as obtained by TMZ. Upon examination, authorities found injuries on Chrisley's neck and head at her residence.
