Comedian Tiffany Haddish Pleads Guilty to 2022 DUI, Skirts Jail Time

In a Georgia courtroom on August 5th, actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish made a guilty plea in a 2022 DUI case, steering clear of a scheduled trial. The incident occurred in Peachtree City when police found Haddish, 46, asleep at the wheel of her white Ford Explorer with her foot on the brake. Under the terms of the plea agreement, all remaining traffic charges against the star were dismissed. No additional jail time was imposed following her initial arrest, and Haddish will be on probation for a year. She must abstain from drugs and alcohol, submit to testing, and complete a DUI course as part of the deal. Haddish's attorney has yet to comment on the matter.
