TMZ has exclusively obtained court documents confirming the news. According to the court records, Lawless filed a petition for an annulment in 2025, citing deceitful circumstances surrounding their wedding in 2023.
However, it seems that Jenna failed to respond, leading to a judge ruling in favor of the annulment on April 14, 2025, thereby restoring both parties to their single statuses. Interestingly, Lawless' initial petition for an annulment was filed in 2024, with allegations that Jenna had lied about being debt-free during their marriage and falsely claimed she was sober.
The case, however, was dismissed at the time. Subsequently, Jenna herself initiated divorce proceedings, although these appear to have stalled.
