Universal Pictures' epic "The Odyssey" snuck into the top five ahead of its wide launch, collecting $6.9 million from previews, bringing its total to $7.6 million. With a weekend gross of $97.3 million, China's box office continues to shine, albeit slightly down from 2025's figures at $3.57 billion year-to-date, reflecting the captivating array of stories unfolding on the silver screen.
