Scandal Deepens as Rep. Max Miller's Ex-Wife Sues over Explicit Photograph of Their Minor Daughter

In a shocking turn of events, embattled Ohio Congressman Max Miller finds himself embroiled in another controversy, this time with his ex-wife Emily Moreno filing a lawsuit against him and his attorney, Aaron Minc. The suit alleges that an explicit photograph of their two-year-old daughter was recklessly published and distributed online by the trio. According to court documents obtained by us, Moreno claims that Miller provided Minc with a cache of personal files and images in a bid to counteract the fallout from her previous abuse allegations.
The complaint alleges that Miller displayed indifference towards the content of these files and their intended use. The lawsuit further alleges that the explicit photograph was stored in a Dropbox folder which Miller shared with numerous individuals following a livestream on X, where he defended himself against Moreno's previous accusations. The lawsuit claims that this folder received over 400,000 combined views or interactions and remained publicly accessible for 23 hours before Minc acknowledged responsibility and removed it.
Moreno's legal team asserts that Miller and his associates have thus far failed to respond to requests regarding who may have accessed, viewed, or downloaded the explicit image during its public availability. The lawsuit alleges potential liability under federal law for $150,000 per disclosure or transfer of the image, in addition to civil liability under Ohio law for alleged criminal acts, including the illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
In a recent interview on CNN, Miller attempted to deflect blame, suggesting that the photograph was entirely his attorney's fault. At the time of this report, we have yet to receive a response from a representative for Miller regarding these allegations. This latest scandal comes amidst ongoing controversy surrounding Miller, who has previously been accused by Moreno of domestic abuse.
The Congressman vehemently denies these claims.
