Teddi Mellencamp Steals the Spotlight with New Beau PJ 'Valley Guy' Conley at Her Father's Hollywood Bowl Performance

Teddi Mellencamp, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, turned heads as she debuted her new romance with PJ Conley, affectionately known as "Valley Guy," during her father John Mellencamp's Hollywood Bowl concert on Tuesday. Sharing a series of photos and videos on Instagram, Teddi, 45, showcased an intimate night out with the 31-year-old financial analyst.

In a playful nod to their new relationship, she captioned the post, "First he met a cougar. Then he met The Cougs." The Bravolebrity's social media upload included heartwarming selfies of herself and Conley, as well as shots capturing her time with close friends, including Kyle Richards, and her children, whom she shares with estranged husband Edwin Arroyave.

On her Two Ts in a Pod podcast the following day, Teddi gushed about introducing Conley to her inner circle. "Isn't he cute?" she asked co-host Dolores Catania, praising his easy rapport with her family. "He got along effortlessly with the fam, my brother, my sisters." Teddi's father, 74-year-old rock legend John Mellencamp, met Conley but remained tactful, simply greeting him and moving on.

Teddi playfully revealed that he later questioned whether the financial analyst was indeed her new beau. The pair has been connected by Conley's nickname on Teddi's podcast for months, with her explaining its origin on Wednesday. "He's not from this valley, but his hometown has a valley in it, so it still counts," she said of the Utah Valley University graduate.

As of yet, Conley has yet to officially acknowledge their relationship on his own Instagram account. Teddi, who is currently in remission following her battle with stage 4 cancer, previously made headlines for dating producer Ricci Rea in 2025 and facing criticism for doing so during her illness. Defending her decision, she explained that her doctor encouraged her to maintain a positive outlook and find joy amidst her health struggles.

Before her relationship with Rea, Teddi was rumored to have had an affair with her married horse trainer, Simon Schroeder, in 2024. Her separation from Arroyave, 49, went public during the same year. Despite their ongoing divorce proceedings, Arroyave and Teddi have managed to maintain a cordial relationship, with him providing support throughout her health challenges.

In a surprising twist, Arroyave and Conley were scheduled to meet on Tuesday, according to Teddi's podcast listeners. "I think they're gonna be fine," she predicted during last week's episode. "I think the fact that we're all doing this is good."
